I was a huge fan of the bounty bars once upon a time since trying to give up processed foods that are extremely high in sugar I am always dreaming of making heavenly clean versions of some of my favourite chocolates I used to indulge in! I always love putting this fabulous combination together!

The raw 'Bounty' Cake is so delicious even better than the bounty bar itself! 😋

The base is made of gluten free oats, almonds, medjool dates & raw cacao powder. The filling is light & flaky made with cashew nuts, desiccated coconut, coconut cream topped with a luscious layer of raw vegan chocolate it is heavenly! 🤍

This raw, vegan, gluten free & refined sugar free cake will leave you satisfied in every way and it brings me great pleasure to offer you a healthy 'bounty' experience!

The no-bake raw "Snickers" cake is a popular choice and loved by many!

I used to love a snickers bar not just one but the whole 4pack would sometimes be demolished in one day!

My mission was to make a healthy version so I wuld never buy a snickers bar again and I did it! Hurrahh 🙌🏼🥰🎉

The cake starts with a cashew and peanut butter base.
The 2nd layer is a soft caramel layer with roasted peanuts folded into the caramel and finally finished off with a chocolate coating and crushed peanuts!

If you are totally nuts for nuts🥜 then you definately don't want to miss out on this nutty delight!! 🥰😉😋

This weekend come and join us for a fun filled Moroccan Gnawa jam night 😊✨

🔸A space to learn the African rhythms with the Karkaba (cascanets), play sing and dance together 🎶💃💖

🔸Gnawa music is a spiritual music at its African roots and is a traditional practice throughout Morocco.
The beats are repetitive yet lively.

As part of the jam night the wellness cafe will be open and I'll be serving some delicious raw treats as well as a variety of hot drinks.

We dedicate the moroccan jam night to all those affected by the earthquake in Morocco bring ur energy, your prayers, ur song and ur dance 🙏🏼❤️

Im so excited to announce that Amazeballz Amazecakez will soon be available from the Active Wellness Cafe in the Northern Quarter, Manchester!

Dreams and visions are coming true as this amazing opportunity has come my way. I will be running the Wellness Cafe on weekends starting 16th September!
The Wellness Cafe is vegan and gluten free! This couldn't have aligned any better! 🙌🏼💚

As part of the cafe reopening we are offering a wellness day with free classes on Saturday 16th September and a free Moroccan music jam night Sunday 17th September! 🧡
I am overjoyed with all the love and support I have received as I embark on this new adventure! Super grateful for my tribe and community! Thank you thank you thank you feeling beyond blessed🙏🏽💜
