It's not perfect in any shape or form, but it's me being myself without any fancy editing stuff (because I'm not that good at it!) 😅
This is me, showing my nervous system that it's safe to be ME!!

My brain/ego kicks in half way through, and I lose my words completely (brain/ego telling me - what the f**k are you doing, you're not good enough), but I pushed through and got back on track ♡
