I offer Menopause Reflexology, it’s an 90 Minute treatment and costs £40. I’m now taking bookings for November/December.

Reflexology may provide benefits for menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances, and joint pain by promoting hormonal balance, improving circulation, and inducing relaxation.

Hot Stones Reflexology was one of the treatments today, as the weather starts to become cooler, what a fantastic treatment and the benefits are amazing. It is a 90 minute treatment and costs £40.

Today’s treatments Maternity Reflexology, Clinical Reflexology, Menopause Reflexology and Swedish Massage, a great variety. I have some spaces available for Thursday 28th August, just message me. If you have never tried reflexology I’m happy to offer a taster treatment, it would be a 30 minute treatment for £15. The benefits of reflexology are amazing and I would love you to experience its magic.

That was a busy day! Swedish Massage and clinical reflexology were the treatments of the day.
Can I say thank you to my clients who keep coming back and to my new clients, I do really appreciate your support.
Thank you to Anne who brought me some lovely sweet peas, they smell amazing and takes me back to my grandmother.
