Today is World Mental Health Day.
If you struggle with mental health issues why not consider trying yoga?
Yoga is a mind-body exercise that helps teach you to quieten your mind. Studies have shown that yoga can reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It gives you a greater sense of well-being and inner peace.

As writer Debasish Mridha said "You may not be able to control the whole world but you may learn to control your inner world through yoga".
