Well a great week was had cooking and bushcrafting in Coventry with our friend’s from BCUK.
Deer and pheasant were turned into various meals. We roasted a whole deer. Minced and fried Venison pheasant and pork into great burgers. Baked cakes and breads. Smoked cheese and fish. No need to be hungry in the outdoors.

Looking forward to another year of running some of the best small group bushcraft courses in the country. Most of our courses are a maximum of 4 students.

This year our annual canoe bushcraft trip to Finland is fully booked.

Our program of bow making courses are filling fast. We have a group flying in from Taiwan and Japan. Doesn’t beat our furthest travelled students. New Zealand is going to take some beating. Forestknights has a global reputation for running fantastic bow making courses with over 30 years of bow making experience.
