U-First Fitness Society was founded in 2018 by Antony Tucker and Sarah-Jane Broderick, a bodybuilding couple, fully qualified level 3 personal trainers and all round fitness fanatics. Antony and Sarah-Jane became frustrated with the fitness industry and the ever increasing prices to gain access to quality health and fitness services and wanted to come up with an alternative to expensive gym memberships, pricey 1-2-1 PT sessions and over complicated approaches to becoming healthier, happier and fitter.
Their answer? To create an affordable way for local people to become the best versions of themselves. Antony and Sarah-Jane believe that everyone should have access to quality health advice, training and nutritional guidance no matter their income.
U-First Fitness Society aims to bring together communities of like-minded people all chasing similar goals, all whilst still receiving all the perks of having your very own personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.
