What Is Reiki And Who Is It For?

Most people think of Reiki as simple “energy healing” — and it is that, but it can also be so much more with your intentions.

In my sessions, Reiki is just the doorway. Once that doorway opens, we can use other modalities to access the deeper layers of your energy field — where emotions, old patterns, and even limiting and negative beliefs live.

Each session may help to clear what no longer serves you:

Other people's energy and expectations of you;
The beliefs holding you back and keeping you feeling stuck in a rut;
Anything taking you off balance and away from your purpose...

and realigns you with your natural balance and flow. Think of it as hitting the energetic “reset” button on your body, your mental clarity and emotional wellbeing.

We've had people who felt stuck in their life move to better jobs, had better relationships generally and felt more optimistic about a better future for themselves - being excited to step into their new chapter of a happier, more confident version of themselves.

I'm soooo excited!!

One more day to go at Welburn Hall in Cotta Court.

I'm in the salon tomorrow for the last day at Cotta Court and then we are ALL moving to:

There's Hairdressing, Beauty, Massage and Holistic Therapies all going on in the brand new salon.

I'll be there doing my massage and energy healing on Thursdays (until 8pm) and Saturdays.

A lot of women don't even think about having their abdomen massaged. It really is very soothing and nurturing when done gently and slowly.

LEARN HOW TO READ TAROT

If you're interesting in learning Tarot, my friend Robert Perry will be running an online Zoom 6 session (90 mins each) Tarot Reading Course starting soon covering the following:

1) The structure of the tarot and the fundamental meaning of the suits, and how the major and minor arcana reflect and support each other

2) The numerology of the suits and how to apply their meaning across different situations: we cover two suits, attendees cover the other two and report back

3) The remaining suits discussed and a recap on understanding the 4 suits

4) The Fools Journey: following the thread of the major arcana

5) Spreads: ways to lay the cards and how the cards relate

6) Interpreting spreads

He works on an intuitive basis, so the aim is to enourage a personal connection with the cards and to let a freedom of expression flow, not to force narrow restrictions on future readers. The tarot becomes a means to an end, a tool to help and heal. This is NOT about use of the tarot for any "fortune telling", but he won't close people down if that's the avenue they choose.

🌟Attendees will be able, after the course, to read for themselves and others, as long as they attend all sessions and put in some designated practise between each.

🌟Each attendee, if they would like it, gets and additional session with me, 1-1, to answer any queries and to practise a few spreads.

As Rob is just starting to teach this after many years of using Tarot, he is offering this course for F*R*E*E*. Your energy exchange could be an act of service to another. Remember though Rob is offering his time - ensure you will be able to attend the sessions.

He just asks that those wishing to attend use the same deck. I will put the link to the deck he uses in the comments below.
