Solstice blessings my friends. An extra special one with the new moon and the eclipse happening on the same day.
Time to let go of self limiting beliefs and be open to the unknown. To face our fears and to manifest health and harmony for our highest good ❤️

There are large billboards all over Bangkok saying statues of Lord Buddha are not for decoration. Without being irreverent, I guess it’s like wearing a band t-shirt as a fashion statement without loving the band.
I don’t follow a doctrine but I do believe first and foremost in kindness, I do meditate everyday and connect with spirit and I do believe in reincarnation and I’m soul aware. (I am also human and a work in practice 😉).
My recipe for life is to be kind, be happy, have fun and try not to get caught up in all the bu****it, carrying it on your shoulders like a heavy winter coat. Get out in nature and open your eyes and take a deep breath - much love ❤️

For the mind and body to be able to function properly, we need to be in a state of ease. With 'busy' lives, it's important to spend time doing things that put us in this state and being out in nature is one of the best ways to achieve this.
Connecting with nature grounds us and helps us to see the beauty in the world.
Take your shoes and sock off, stand on the soft grass and breathe in the scent of spring. Much love xx
