It starts quietly - a silence.

The kind you don’t even notice at first.

Life is hectic, the schedule is packed, the business is demanding, and you keep going.

After all, there are always more important things to do.

So you put your health and fitness on the back burner.

The late nights, the endless work, the constant burning of the candle at both ends.

The glass of wine to relax after another long day.

The quick takeout meal on the go.

You think you’re managing. You think it’s just a phase.

But then, the silence starts to shift.

👉Phase 1: The Whisper

Maybe it’s the weight you’ve gained that you can’t ignore anymore.

Maybe it’s the low energy, the lack of focus, or the aching joints that are a bit more noticeable.

But you keep pushing.

After all, you don’t have time to slow down, do you?

There’s too much to do, too many people to help, too much to handle.

It’s not that bad, right?

Our Story

Welcome to the GymWolfPT Online Personal Training page. Like this page to connect with our fitness community, ask questions, share your success stories and receive updates.

My Story:

I've always exercised, first playing football, then in the gym. But through my 20s and 30s I wasn't really seeing the results. I was in decent shape, but too much partying and a dodgy diet meant I never saw the full benefits of the effort I was putting in. Approaching 40, married with 2 kids (now 3) and a high-pressured job, I decided it was time for a change. In the past 18 months I've blasted it, in both the gym and the kitchen, to turn my physique, attitude and energy levels around, and become a qualified personal trainer along the way. Now I'm lean and hungry like a wolf - the GymWolfPT!

​I look back at how I trained and ate when I was younger and wish someone with the knowledge and passion for fitness I have now had invited me into their pack and shown me where I was going wrong. Now I'm making it my mission to do just that for anyone who is GENUINELY COMMITTED to changing their lives.
