Welcome to the feedback loop trap.
You smash your workouts.
...Eat clean
...Sleep right
...Step on the scaleâŚ
And nothing.
Or worse - it goes the wrong way.
So you panic.
Change everything.
Give up.
Convince yourself it "just doesnât work for you."
Hereâs the thing:
Fitness results are delayed.
Feedback isnât instant.
Some days youâll eat like a gremlin and lose a kilo.
Other days youâll do everything right and look puffier than a party balloon.
Thatâs not failure.
Thatâs just a time snapshot.
The problem?
Most people quit right before the breakthrough.
One more week, one more habit, one more rep away from the gold.
Consistency isnât sexy....but itâs UNDEFEATED.
