Most people don’t fail because they lack effort.

Everyone wants to live longer… but most of the ‘longevity hacks’ out there are nonsense.

Let me paint you a picture…

Imagine scrolling through your feed and being told - again - that the secret to living to 120 is:

• Sprinkling lion’s mane on your morning brew
• Taking an ice bath so cold it could freeze time
• Buying supplements made in a warehouse that looks like a Breaking Bad set

Feels exciting. Looks cool.
Harsh reality?

They won’t add a single year to your life.

And deep down…you know it.

The change is not unavoidable, but a choice!

After 30…you lose up to 4% of muscle every decade.

After 60⁉️ It speeds up. And FAST!!!

And most people are doing NOTHING about it.
Here’s the uncomfortable reality:

👉1. Muscle loss isn’t optional:
You are losing muscle right now. 3-4% per decade sounds nothing. It’s NOT.

Over 40 years⁉️ That’s a huge chunk of strength, mobility, and freedom…gone.

The only way to fight back⁉️
Resistance training - Consistently!

👉2. Cardio isn’t the answer!

You can run…
Cycle…
Swim….

Do 10+ hours a week.

"You think the gym is hard⁉️Try breaking 10 years of all-or-nothing thinking."

When a new client hit week 2, they messaged me:

"Ian… I only trained twice this week. I’ve already ruined it, haven’t I?"

NO... Not even close.

Because this isn’t just a workout plan - it’s mindset rehab.

Most people fail not because the gym is too hard…

…but because they’ve been taught:

→ “If I can’t do it perfectly, I shouldn’t do it at all.”
→ “Missing one day = failure.”
→ “Start again Monday” is always the answer.

Our Story

Welcome to the GymWolfPT Online Personal Training page. Like this page to connect with our fitness community, ask questions, share your success stories and receive updates.

My Story:

I've always exercised, first playing football, then in the gym. But through my 20s and 30s I wasn't really seeing the results. I was in decent shape, but too much partying and a dodgy diet meant I never saw the full benefits of the effort I was putting in. Approaching 40, married with 2 kids (now 3) and a high-pressured job, I decided it was time for a change. In the past 18 months I've blasted it, in both the gym and the kitchen, to turn my physique, attitude and energy levels around, and become a qualified personal trainer along the way. Now I'm lean and hungry like a wolf - the GymWolfPT!

​I look back at how I trained and ate when I was younger and wish someone with the knowledge and passion for fitness I have now had invited me into their pack and shown me where I was going wrong. Now I'm making it my mission to do just that for anyone who is GENUINELY COMMITTED to changing their lives.
