As a healer, one of the questions I’m asked most often is: “How do you take care of yourself?”
This is how — by returning to the beach, to the grounding energy of the earth beneath my feet. Reconnecting with nature is essential for me; it restores balance, clears my mind, and recharges my spirit.
I always encourage my clients to do the same — grounding is simple, powerful, and deeply healing.

The coffee and crab sandwich? Totally optional — not exactly “superfoods,” but hey, they nourish the soul. There are healthier choices, but let’s not pretend kale ever made anyone happy.
