A Place and Time. Counselling Service I am a qualified Integrative counsellor, and am registered with the BACP.And can also be found on their 'Find a therapist' site.

I use a variety of interventions depending on the clients needs. as well as face to face and email counselling, I also offer relaxation and guided imagery sessions - Guided Imagery is a convenient and simple relaxation technique that can help you quickly and easily manage stress and reduce tension in your body. I am also trained in the Rewind Technique, a non intrusive, safe, psychological intervention, that can help neutralise a trauma or traumas experienced by a client, this is also effective for phobias. I can see clients in my office and in their home under special circumstances.
