I’m a BACP registered therapist, working with adults who are navigating anxiety and the impact of trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen and understand ourselves. I draw on psychodynamic therapy to help you explore the deeper patterns shaping your life and relationships. Alongside this, I integrate creative and gentle methods such as Active Imagination (inspired by C.G. Jung) and the Flash Technique to work through trauma in a safe and manageable way. These approaches can help unlock new insights and reduce distress without overwhelming you. In a relaxed state we access the unconscious mind which reveals forgotten memories and help to identify the root cause to our problems. Through the work with Active Imagination we access our own inner wisdom and strength, and connect to our innate resources. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and begin to work through what feels stuck. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) helps with a range of physical and mental illnesses and/or pains. Also known as 'tapping' or 'psychological accupressure'; it involves the use of fingertips to tap at the end points of your body's meridians.
