What an incredible weekend! It was my priveledge and pleasure to be part of the Team supporting on this Phase One training this weekend. It is such a joy to see those beginnings their brainspotting journey developing the same passion I have for this most amazing and transformational modality. What might motivate you to seek support for the things that are holding you back from living a life that feels emotionally lighter?

Which therapies have you tried and for how long?

All therapy is not the same, you wouldn't give up buying shoes because you bought a pair that wasnt the good fit you thought it was, would you?

Sometimes you just need to keep looking and trying therapy until you find the right fit and blend.
