Myths of working at Risedale đź‘»

The third myth we are recalling this week is:
“I would be de-skilled and be wasted”.

All our team here at Risedale, from Health Care Professionals to Clinical Mangers, are very hands on and rely on their training and experiences.
Risedale as a company is very invested in training and developing opportunities for our team. We offer apprenticeships in Adult Care Worker, Catering, Assistant Practitioner and Registered Nurse. Though the training and development does not stop once you have your degree / qualification, we offer further development and progression training, making this myth untrue.

If working with us here at Risedale is something you are interested in, please drop us a message or email recruitment@risedale-carehomes.co.uk for an application pack.
