Sam Bourgein and the 'Move Clinic' Moves into Banbury Private Physiotherapy and Cassia Health, providing enhanced MSK Diagnosis through Ultrasound imaging and supporting evidence based rehabilitation programs by creating enhanced rehabilitation plans, advising on Shockwave and providing injection therapy.

Following an extensive audit on client management for complex conditions, Sarah Baimbridge MCS PHCPC Specialist Physiotherapy and Director, engaged with the Move Clinic to create a best practice pathway for clients to access pain relief and mobility.

With the use of Diagnostic Ultrasonography, Modular shockwave therapy or injection therapy, Sam Bourgein and Sarah have noted a superb improvement in outcome of client cases who have chronic conditions, acute sport or tendinopathy and ongoing pain.

Please welcome to the Team, Adam Newberry, our MSK physiotherapy technician. Adam will be joining us in May.

He joins us from the South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust, where he worked on the Community recovery services team.

This team work in the homes of the patients to help improve function, mobility, strength and ultimately get their old lives back! Hospitals are unfamiliar and can be very confusing, this can have an impact on being able to manage day-to-day needs.

Adams role at Banbury Private Physiotherapy Practice and Cassia health will be to conduct Domiciliary visits to patients who have been moved out of hospital or are unable to make it to one of our practices. He will work on ‘reablement’ to allow patients to achieve as much as they can in the safety of their home.
