Every fortnight I volunteer as an osteopath at the Osteopathic Centre for Children, supporting little ones and expectant or new mums. It’s always meaningful, but yesterday’s journey felt especially magical — cold, crisp weather, blue skies, soft sunshine, and the Tower of London and Tower Bridge turning my walk into a postcard moment as I made my way to the clinic.

One of the best parts of being an osteopath is that learning never stops. 💫

I’ve just completed further CPD training in visceral techniques of the Thorax with Alison and the brilliant teaching team at the Barral Institute UK.

Feeling so grateful for their wisdom, support, and passion throughout the course — as well as for the fellow practitioners from their respective fields. It’s always inspiring to learn, share, and grow together. 🌱

Excited to integrate these new skills into my practice and continue offering the best possible care to my patients. 🌿💛

🌿 From Sports to Healing – My Journey to Osteopathy

I didn’t always know I’d become an osteopath. I started out in sports and recreation back in Australia, but after years of working and living overseas, I found myself at a personal crossroads — stressed, searching, and ready for change.

That’s when I discovered osteopathy. Or maybe, osteopathy found me.

Its hands-on, holistic approach immediately resonated. I knew I’d found something meaningful — so I made the leap, retrained in London, and haven’t looked back since.

Over five years of part-time study (while working!), I went on to specialise in paediatrics, cranial, and visceral osteopathy. Today, I help people from all walks of life feel better, move better, and reconnect with their bodies.

💬 I truly believe no two people — or bodies — are the same. That’s why I take time to listen, assess, and provide care that’s tailored to you.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ll now also be based at The Movement Studio’s brand new Tufnell Park location — their second North London space — officially opening today!

While I’ll still be available at the Highbury clinic on an ad hoc basis, you can now also find me at Tufnell Park:
🗓 Fridays (alternate weeks): 10am–1pm (starting 6th June)
🗓 Wednesdays: 4–7pm (starting 11th June)

To celebrate the launch, I’m offering a special introductory rate throughout June for new patients booking an initial consultation at the Tufnell Park clinic:
• £50 for adults (normally £80)
• £50 for babies & children (normally £75)

What started as a one-year postgraduate course in paediatrics during the pandemic turned into a three-year journey of learning, growth, and resilience. Today, I held the official paperwork in my hands — I’ve successfully completed the Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy at ! 🎓✨

So many ups and downs, but this moment makes it all worth it. Immensely grateful for everyone who supported me along the way. Here’s to continuing this journey with patients of all ages and never stopping the learning. 💙
