I'm currently running an Astronomy based frequency experiment, insofar as, I am looking to determine if and when we are affected by, or connected to, certain planetary energies.

So far I've been doing it for over a week and a pattern seems to be emerging, though I can't confirm this by myself, so if anyone is interested in doing it with me then let me know.

It involves playing a set of frequencies each day, which takes no more than five minutes, and then noting which ones apply that day.

Further to the quitting sugar frequency I did the other week, I decided to do a quitting smoking one, well, two actually, as I'm curious to know which one is (most) effective.

I tried it on myself yesterday, and beforehand, I was eyeing up a muffin, though after only a few seconds of listening, my desire for the muffin completely evaporated, which if I'm honest, totally amazed me!
