Are you pregnant or have you recently welcomed a new baby? Are you looking for advice on caring for your body during this period of significant change and recovery?

We invite you to attend our workshop, “Eating Well During & After Pregnancy,” on Thursday, 27th November, at 12:00 PM, located at the Families for All Hub.

In this session, we will provide practical guidance to help you maintain a balanced diet and improve your overall well-being throughout and following your pregnancy.
