Hands On For Health Complementary therapies for optimum health & mind and body wellbeing.

I use a variety of light touch techniques to restore balance to the body, reduce muscular discomfort, improve joint mobility and increase feelings of ease and relaxation. Individual treatment plans using a wide variety of soft tissue techniques including clinical massage, Bowen Therapy, Emmett Technique, heat therapies, Reflexology and lymphatic drainage to restore movement, flexibility and balance to the body. Treatment includes postural and movement assessments and after care advice, incorporating gentle remedial exercises and small changes to daily activities to protect and strengthen the body.
