“I’ve been a big fan of saunas for years and wanted to make using one regularly as easy as possible, so I decided to get one installed at home. I’ve seen so many benefits in the last month, including better sleep, sharper focus, clearer skin and less muscle soreness.

Aches or joint pain can hold you back, but red light therapy can help with tissue repair ♨️ Research in the British Journal of Sports Medicine shows that just three minutes of light exposure may ease inflammation and pain in tendinitis.

Light waves pe*****te the tissues, stimulating the cells’ energy centres (mitochondria). This activates repair processes, reduces swelling and relieves discomfort.

Both red and near-infrared wavelengths play a role: red light reaches the skin and surface tissues, while near-infrared light pe*****tes deeper into muscles and joints. The result is support for specific muscles as well as wider recovery benefits.

Although three minutes has been shown to deliver results in studies, for muscle recovery our Red Light Panel suggests starting with at least five minutes at a distance of 12 cm.
