We can eventually change ourselves. Though we can not change other people . We are all a product of what we have learned and what we focusing on .
We learn reflex reactions to different situations . We need to be more solution focussed than being reactional . We need to think more about getting the best possible outcome and work towards it .Sometimes we need to consciously slow down our reactions and think outside the boxes we and society have constructed walls that need to be broken down positively.
Always work toward what we want than the problem we face . We can do easily through thought and action make a bad situation worse . Give our thoughts and energy always to the best possible outcome heavily that will grow .

I am a spiritual healer.
Saying that I am all about empowerment
I believe healing is a gift to me that has a natural flow . Saying that though anyone can heal . Anyone who puts time and energy into anything can accomplish great things .
My healing is strong manly because of the time and energy I put in it .
One of the .most common complaints people have is back pain . It and many aches and pains and strains can be easily controlled by gentle stretching every day If you are consistent you can even get rid of it completely.
Would recommend yoga and pilatus exercises.
Five minutes can get rid of the pain . 15 minutes a day is what I would recommend
One of the easiest ones you can do is go to touch your toes hold that position for a minute
You can also do gentle movements from side to side . If you cannot touch your toes it dose not mater just try to .
The other benefit of this is a massive reduced waistline . If you can work your way up to 15 minutes that's even better .
After that I would recommend you do searches on yoga or pilatus exercise to strengthen the back .
Another complaint people get is knee pain .
Sit in a chair lift you legs out straight hold that position for one minute .Do this while watching the telly if you want . Do it several times .
Eventually you will build up mussels that support the knee and the pain will diminish .
This will also tone the leg muscels . Varrie different position also .
Strengthening the mussels around what is aching will eventually make the mussels in the body act like a cast.
I suffered terribly with sciatica and back strains .
Glad to say not anymore . To get rid of the initial pain can be done in less than 5 minutes .
To get rid of the pain completely might take years though it's worth it . You will find you don't need pain killers either ..

There are some challenges in life that seem impossible to solve.

Though sometimes it takes time .
I'm finding for health problems ,herbs and spices plants can cure most things .
They also sometimes have no side effects .
Incorporate them into your diet
Forage as well if you can .
I have virtually become my own doctor .
Though my diet now is very healthy and excelling.
I suppose because I belive in what I'm doing it has a placebo affect .
Though how you think is probably the most powerful cure for anything .
Recently I had a tooth ache . The tooth was wobbly and seemed like it would have to come out .
The pain was constant and getting stronger .
I used all herbal remedies cloves etc .
I did also get a gel from amazon that was great with the pain
I was sure I would have to get the tooth taken out .
I did get a prescription for antibiotics as was swollen.
I then started to tell my self this is not hurting its healing . After about an hour or so it stopped hurting .
I still could not eat on that side though .
I started drinking milk every day .
Gradually the tooth stopped being wobbly.
Over a period off 4 months or so can now chew on both sides .
Mind and intention are so important in the healing process .
Teeth are fine now and even make my own tooth paste .
There are some recipes on YouTube.
I use coconut oil and salt mostly.
My teeth are white and strong .
Have been studying medicinal properties of herbs .
Have many home remedies for all sorts of cures . Som come into my head in meditation. Though the easy way is to look on YouTube.
Natural curse for what ever the complaint is .

Probabley the most important thing to do in life is to forgive and be forgiven.
This isnt always as easy as it seems and has to be revisited constantly. We have all done things that need forgiving and also need to be forgive.
Spiritual groath depends on this .The alternative is not a good one . Tit for tat that goes on eternally . Little things are easy to forgive . Though the things that can be traumatic need dedication to forgive. The teachings of Jesus Christe are very important,

A search for excitement can be challenging . A world where all social activities have been put on hold, a real test of character . Try to take comfort from what is there and not what isn't. Then try to build on that and make that interesting. New approaches are needed to socially engage in different ways . Some seem to embrace the challenge while others feel distant and alone . When a world has changed we must also adapt
