Rooted in the ancient traditions of Hawaii, LOMI LOMI massage is more than bodywork — it’s a deeply nurturing, rhythmic journey for the body, mind, and spirit.

Often called the “loving hands” massage, LOMI LOMI uses long, flowing strokes that glide continuously over the body, creating a wave-like motion that feels both soothing and transformative. Therapists may use their forearms as well as their hands, allowing for broad, fluid movements that help release tension, improve circulation, and restore natural energy flow.

Feeling safe in a sound bath is really important and i believe that works both ways 🥰

Today I had a quiet turnout and put my trust in my ladies that turned up to hold space for my first time at vocal toning .

My regular attendees know I have been having singing lessons, I still have a long way to go but you have to start somewhere. So there was a blessing with the small audience 🙏

With a couple of changes within my business and some new followers , here is a little update.

With almost 10 years experience in level 3 diplomas in massage I offer a bespoke massage with techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, Thai yoga, and Lomi Lomi. I will vary the massage depending on clients needs and requirements making sure they get the most from their massage 🫶🏻
I also have a level 3 diploma in Aromatherapy massage which is a gentle massage letting the essential oils do the work which includes a facial using the beautiful natural products made by Beverly. 🏵️
I offer holistic facials that include cleansing, toning, exfoliate and clay mask with hot towels and rose water with facial, neck, shoulder and scalp massage again using the beautiful natural products by Beverly. 🌻🌹
Most recently I qualified in MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) this is a gentle technique without oil that works the lymphatic system to expel toxins in the system, improves the immune system , reduces swelling and water retention and induces relaxation.
I qualified in sound healing therapy 2 years ago under the College of Sound , I offer 1-1 healing with a choice of Himalayan or Crystal bowls or you can book in for your own personal sound bath for 1 or more people
I deliver regular Soundbaths in the community throughout the month .

* I work from home in my own space at the back of my house on Tuesdays & Fridays , some evenings and Saturday availability (WN3 area of Lower Ince)
* I am at the Wigan MS Therapy Centre LtdWednesday & Thursday (booking through them)
* On the second to last Friday you will find me at the based in Fitness First (booking through them) full Lomi Lomi massage available exclusively to Retreat
* Soundbaths include Deanery high school 1st Wednesday of the month 7-8pm, Crooke Village church hall last Friday of the month 11-12pm, MS centre 3.30-4.30 second Wednesday of month and Pilates and sound with Jenny Richmond Studio once a month (dates tbc monthly ) BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL SOUNDBATHS 🎵🥁❤️

✨Join Consciously Connected which Nicola Hunt -Revival Reiki and I at our next Mini Retreat Day. ✨

✨When? March 29th, 13.00 - 16.00

✨Where? St. Stephen's Church Hall, Whelley, Wigan.

✨What's happening?

💚A- Health Awareness talk around our Amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for procrastination & emotional processing, social thinking and behaviour, fear and threat detection and memory and reward.
Then, as always, I mirror the science aspect with the Chakra associated with this area, this time the Third Eye Chakra, and include a short chakra balance & Mini meditation.

💚B - Mindful Pilates practice to enhance our mind and body connection, opening up the awareness for our inner wisdom to know our own bodies., while taking into consideration our breathing & grounding.

💚C - Hot Dish of the Day. This time there will be a Loaded Baked Potato Bar with nourishing toppings for both meat eaters & Vegetarians.

💚D - Short Guided meditation
