Today we pause to remember and honour all those who served and sacrificed during times of conflict — especially the Nurses, Doctors, and Medics who showed extraordinary courage caring for the wounded in the most difficult conditions.

Their compassion and bravery saved countless lives, and their legacy continues to inspire everyone in healthcare today.

We will remember them. ❤️

Today we Celebrate International Day of Older Persons.

Older people are important because they contribute significant knowledge, skills, and experience to their communities and families.

Older adults serve as mentors, assist with intergenerational learning and passing on practical skills, life lessons, and cultural knowledge to younger generations. This exchange of knowledge fosters social skills like empathy and breaks down age-related stereotypes.
