I wanted to share a little review that one of the ladies sent me about our group. It’s wonderful to hear that the support from our group is truly making such a difference ❤️

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I was fortunate to discover the Women’s Wellness Group right from the very beginning, thanks to a chance meeting with a friend’s daughter who asked why I was drinking Nosecco at a birthday lunch. It couldn’t have come at a better time, I was in the very early stages of my alcohol-free journey, and the group quickly became a bright spot in my life.
The fortnightly meetings have been invaluable, and I now prioritise attending above everything else because they keep me focused and motivated. The regularity gives me a clear two-week goal each time, helping me stay committed to not drinking.
It’s incredibly refreshing to be surrounded by women who understand the challenges of alcohol, not because they’ve hit rock bottom, but because they recognise the problems created by habitual or binge drinking and want something better for themselves. Quitting alcohol is especially hard in a culture so centered around it, and for me, with many friends whose social lives revolve around drinking, it often feels difficult to step away.
But this group has given me a different perspective, one that supports and strengthens my choices. It has truly made all the difference.
Last week at our group meet, we discussed changing old narratives, to create new ones.
We discussed how the words that we say to ourselves matter. And the importance of speaking to ourselves with the same compassion and kindness that we give to others.
This morning I came accross this and found it to be very fitting...
What a wonderful evening 🫶🏻
Creating vision boards and focusing on how we want to feel in 2026, and what actions we can take towards that…
When I went to the kitchen to put the kettle on, I could here women, laughing, sharing, connecting - and I thought - well isn’t this exactly what it’s all about. It’s so simple, yet so incredibly powerful.
TONIGHT ❤️✨
TONIGHT ❤️✨
✨ How do you want to feel in 2026? ✨
I wanted to pop on here and share a little about our Vision Board Workshop next week – and especially to say how welcome you are if you’re new, curious, or quietly wondering if this might be for you 💫
This evening is for any woman who’s -
🫶thinking about drinking less
🫶doing Dry January (or just Dry-ish January 😉)
🫶feeling a bit stuck, flat, or on that endless hamster wheel
🫶or simply craving some space to pause and reflect on how she actually wants to feel.
One thing I feel so passionate about, and something that really makes our group different, is this:
👉 Reducing or removing alcohol shouldn’t feel like a punishment or a deprivation.
For me, it’s been the opposite.
Alcohol-free has done exactly what it says on the tin…
✨ Alcohol-free = feeling FREE ✨
More clarity. More energy. More self-trust. More room to dream again.
This workshop isn’t about rules, labels, or pressure to 'quit'. It’s about choice, curiosity, and gently creating a vision that feels supportive and yours.
We’ll be creating vision boards together in a relaxed, friendly space, chatting, reflecting, laughing, and connecting (and we have tea and cake).
You don’t need any experience, and you definitely don’t need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are 🤍
If you’ve been hovering on the edges, wondering whether to come along… take this as your sign ✨ New faces are always so welcome, and you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, zero judgement, and a cup of tea.
If you have any questions at all, please message me. I’d absolutely love to see you there 💛
January can feel like a big month. New year energy, lots of noise about what we should be doing, and for many women a quiet curiosity about alcohol and whether something different might feel better this year.
If you are doing Dry January, cutting back, taking a pause, or simply feeling ready to explore a new relationship with alcohol, our Women’s Wellness Group is here for you. And if you have been coming along for a while, this month is a beautiful chance to reconnect and gently reset together.
This January we are focusing on intention rather than pressure. On Thursday 15th January we are starting with vision boarding. This session is all about what you want to bring in. How you want 2026 to feel. What matters to you. What you want more of and what you are ready to imagine for yourself. It is creative, reflective and very grounding.
I will have everything you need to create a vision board, so you can absolutely just turn up and take part. If you would like to bring magazines, images, words, or anything else that feels meaningful to you, you are very welcome to do that too.
Then on Thursday 29th January we will gently shift into releasing and letting go. This session is about rewriting old stories and looking at the narratives that no longer support who you are becoming. We will explore beliefs and habits with compassion and curiosity, and make space for clarity, confidence and self compassion as we move forward.
Both sessions are open to anyone who feels drawn to them. You do not need to be completely alcohol free. You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to come as you are.
The group is free to attend. We are a volunteer led space for women and donations are always welcome but never required.
If January feels like a time you want to do things a little differently, or if you would love some supportive connection while you explore changes around alcohol, we would really love to welcome you.
Please feel free to message me if you have any questions, and do share this with anyone you think might need it.
