We had a joyful morning at Biddulph Youth and Community Zone celebrating the Mooncake Festival together after our Tai Chi Balls session. 💛🌿

Thank you to my lovely morning group for bringing such positive energy and happy smiles — it was wonderful to share mooncakes and laughter together. 🥮😊

✨🌿 A Peaceful Day Out 🌿✨

On 3rd October, my Tai Chi Balls students and I had a beautiful day visiting Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre in Etwall, Derby. It was such a peaceful and meaningful experience for us all.

🙏A big thank you to all the staff at the centre — everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The 30-minute meditation felt deeply calm and relaxing, and the food at the World Peace Café was absolutely delicious! 😋💛

Grateful for the wonderful atmosphere, kind people, and the joyful memories shared together. 🙏✨

Tai Chi balls is a new method using ball as a tool in the practice of Tai Chi. Tai Chi balls consist of very gentle and slow movements of the whole body.
