1:30-3pm: Gentle chair yoga at Liverpool Well Hub, Waterloo centre, Leiston. Pay what you can afford. Stay for a cuppa & chat.

Friday:
2-3pm: Gentle Chair Yoga with standing. At Fromus Centre. £5

5-6pm: Yin yoga at Fromus centre. £8

Saturday:
10-11am: monthly Yoga Nidra at Fromus centre. £8

It's Friday! Our new Gentle Chair Yoga class is starting from today at Fromus Centre. 2-3pm. It's not on every Friday yet, so pleased get in touch for more dates.

Using a chair as support, we explore some standing and seated postures. Focused on balancing and strengthening 😄. Our usually style, a slot is shared between Marcus and myself . 😊
£5 per session.

Also, I have monthly yoga nidra session at Fromus centre, this Saturday, 10-11am. £8.

Monthly Yoga Nidra session this Saturday. It's the last one this year. But our inner journey still carries on 🥰. Next one will be in February. No session in January.

10-11 am, at Fromus Centre.
£8 per session.

Let me know if you would like to joins us this Saturday or book through my website. ( I only have limited numbers of bolsters, so pleased do let me know.) 🤩

Please bring a pillow/ cushions, bolster, blankets anything you need to make your nest comfortable.

Thank you 🙏 for everyone who travelled to Framlingham yesterday for our day " Silent Clarity". It was beautifully slow and tranquil day. Hope everyone drove back ok. 💕 Our day ended with golden sunset and trees, as we were heading back... truly magical. May this practice continues to rest of your weekend. ❤️😍

Start our session in stillness, pranayama, gentle movements, restorative posture then create a cozy nest into yoga nidra ( yogic sleep).

If you have a bolster, blanktes bring it along, I have some spares there too.
