Hi, I’m Megan, the founder of Form by Miller 🤎
As an ex-gymnast, movement has always been a huge part of my life. Three years ago, I tried Pilates, and from my very first class my mind felt completely quiet!! It transformed how I move, think, and live (I haven’t looked back since🫶🏻).
I’m passionate about wellness in all its forms, from mindful movement, nourishing food to meditation and peaceful moments. I spent six months travelling through Australia and Asia, exploring different Pilates and Yoga styles, learning from inspiring teachers, and immersing myself in cultures that deeply value balance and wellbeing. Those experiences have shaped Form by Miller and are woven throughout the studio (p.s thank you Indonesia for the studio Inspo🧘♀️)
Creating a sacred space for movement and mindfulness has been on my vision board for years, and bringing Form by Miller to life feels like a dream come true. I’m endlessly grateful. It is so important to me that the space is filled with kindness, peace and calm energy.
Form by Miller is a space to reconnect with your body, build strength, and find calm in the chaos. I can’t wait to welcome you 🤎🩰
