Today I felt compelled to write a little about sleep.

Reflexology is the most wonderful treatment that calms the nervous system, eases stress and induces a deep sense of relaxation.

Many of my clients fall asleep during treatment and then proceed to apologise! There really is no need!

If you drop off it’s a sign that your body is doing important work and this is exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Falling asleep means you feel safe, relaxed and able to ‘let go’.

For me, there is no greater compliment and so for that I thank you ❤️
