Sri Lanka you were beautiful. We took a 10 day trip. Flight into Colombo. Stayed in Negombo for 1 night, just to rest up. Then onto Giritale to visit Sigiriya rock fortress and climb the lion stairway all the way to the top. The next day we went to Polonnaruwa & saw the many sites on bikes. Then stopped for a farmers lunch at Priyamali Gardens.
Kandy was our next stop. We visited the Dambulla rock cave temple. The cave has ancient statues and paintings depicting Lord Buddha & his life. We visited the old palace & the temple of the sacred tooth relic.
Before leaving Kandy for Ella we visited the botanical gardens. Amazing plants, trees and birds.
Ella we saw the nine arches railway bridge & the train running. Sadly didn’t catch the train. Our drivers clutch needed replacing so we had to stay longer in Kandy.
That evening I twisted my ankle so ed unable to take the hike up Ella’s Rock. James did it with our tour guide. Don’t worry I stuck around the gorgeous hotel and sunbathed.
From here we then went onto Yala via Udawalawe where there is a refuge for baby elephants. So gorgeous to see them all feeding.
Onto Yala National Park. So many animals to see here. Just stunning. We then stayed overnight at Wild Trails. Luxury camping in the jungle. Where for dinner outside surrounded by water buffalo 🐃🐃😳😳
The following morning we got up and left at 0530 & visited Bundala National Park & had a lovely breakfast overlooking the Indian Ocean. We then went onto our final hotel & location.

This hotel, this location, the service, the view, the food it was just a slice of heaven!
The diversity of Sri Lanka was just incredible. We fell in love with the place. The people are just so friendly. They go out of their way to make everything perfect. And the food!!! Well just so nice. If you have not been. You must go.

Part of the main London Marathon event, the TCS London Marathon MyWay is a brilliant virtual event offering people the chance to achieve a marathon challenge without having to pace the pavements of London. You get to choose how you do it, where you do it and even what time you do it ... you ‘just’ need to complete the 26.2 miles on London Marathon Day - Sunday 26th April.

Whether you want to amble along country lanes, power over hills, follow the coast or loop your local park, it is entirely up to you. They would love to hear from you if you are keen. Whether this is something you have always wanted to do, you are looking for the ultimate fitness challenge or simply want to kickstart 2026 with a fundraising focus, this really is the perfect opportunity.

So little trip away to Naples, staying at Castellammare di Stabia. We travelled into Sorrento & then into Pompeii.
We didn’t have the best of weather while we were there. It rained most of the time. But it didn’t stop us travelling along the Circumvesuviana commuter line. It certainly didn’t cost the same as this country. It cost us around €6 to travel from Naples to Castellammare. Which was approx 45 minutes of travel.
We headed into Sorrento but sadly probably didn’t see it for all its glory due to the rain. But that was ok. We did a little shopping, eat great food & tried Limoncello spritz.
Thursday we travelled all the way up to Vesuvio. A volcano!! Crazy high and just a crazy experience. This day it was closed several times due to bad weather. So lucky we got to go around. Then back down for food, warm up and then around Pompeii.
This was such an experience. 79AD. A preserved village! 🤯 crazy to walk the ruins.
Then back on a crazy packed train 🚋 👥👥👭👭🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️🚊🛤️🚈🚈🛤️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
Our hotel was amazing. Chilled, great atmosphere, great food. Just what we needed after all our travels at the end of the day.
So good to hang out with my holiday buddy . Where all we have to worry about is NOTHING!

What are your top 5 priorities?
So we all have those lists of our priorities of family, friends, health,love etc but what are YOUR top 5 priorities. Shall I go first… and tell you mine.
1. EXERCISE - all/any daily
2. NUTRITION - eating healthy varied food daily
3. MASSAGE - all/any regularly
4. RELAXATION - quiet time, switching off
5. POSITIVITY - I look within daily
If you don’t prioritise things. They get overlooked. Making yourself a priority is essential.
Look at your top 5 priorities. What are they? I would love to hear them.

Following on from the launch of my ‘one’ programme.
I saw this and thought this sums me up.
Yes PT sessions are about bringing the best out of you. They seem gruelling, challenging, hard work.
Yes nutrition courses are about eating the right foods, at the right times. Being accountable and on track.
But what matters most. Is what’s going on inside you. What’s happening within your thought process. What’s making you choose these things that prevent results.
So as this quote says… I will help you in your darkest night. In that moment or moments that you find it hard. Breaking habits is a hard thing to do. Getting to why you do them, is key.
Let’s unlock your potential.

Introducing the ‘one’ programme.
It will not take 1 day, 1 week or 1 month.
However it will take 1 person, 1 focus & 1 way.
We all get into habits that we don’t truly enjoy. Whether it’s takeaways, sweet treats, alcohol, lack of motivation to move, dislike for exercise.
We all find it incredibly hard to have a love/hate relationship with the things we enjoy but that are also the things we hate.
That’s why as of now, this very moment, today not tomorrow I am launching the ‘one’ programme.
I have space for 6 new people to join me in my private gym. To really drill down into nutrition, look at exercise. To really shake some habits that you aren’t really enjoying.
The programme is simple. You apply energy into change over the next 6 weeks and we achieve a new habit.

Put them together, what do you get?
1) Areas of your body that you dislike improved.
2) A weakness overcome
3) Not as bad as you have created it to be.
Work on your weakness’ until they are no longer your weakness’ and maybe becoming your strength.
is the best form of training that you NEED!
