I found this little ladybird in my water bottle just before starting clinic last week.

She had been floating in there for two hours at least. 🐞🐞

Rescued with a cotton bud and set on a window ledge in the sunshine, she slowly crawled away. 🤗

Resilience in difficult times and accepting a helping hand. ❤️

(OK, yes, I know it might have been a 'he'! 😁)

Our mental health is a delicate balance. Major life events, trauma, hormonal imbalances and just simply the uniqueness of how our brains are wired, can all affect the ups and downs of our mental health from day to day.
