We all have a window of tolerance- sometimes mine is huge, sometimes it is so tiny. It’s not always possible to move straight back into my window but the understanding of what is happening to me lets me feel less shame to some of my reactions. It also sometimes helps me to learn how to claw my way back to tolerance 🩵🩵🩵
