Neurodiversity and ADHD coaching
For years I saw neurodiversity and ADHD through both a personal and family lens.
Like many neurodivergent people, I experienced the frustration of trying to fit into systems that didn’t seem to work for how our brains function. Tasks that seemed simple for others could feel overwhelming, and it was easy to fall into patterns of self-doubt or feeling “not good enough.”
Through lived experience, I began to understand just how differently neurodivergent minds process the world and how much strength, creativity, and insight can come with that difference.
That journey led me to train as a qualified ADHD coach, so I could support others who may be feeling the same confusion, overwhelm, or self-criticism that many neurodivergent people experience.
Neurodiversity and ADHD coaching isn’t about fixing people.
It’s about helping individuals understand their brain, develop strategies that genuinely work for them, and build confidence in how they move through life.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly trying harder but still struggling, please know you’re not alone.
There are ways to work with your brain rather than against it.
