I first started going to Personal Fitness after having my first child and wanting to not only get stronger and fitter, but also have some time for me away from being mum and work. I could have joined the local gym but thought Iād probably never go as I always found gymās quite intimidating. Iād heard that Personal Fitness was small, friendly and supportive so thought Iād just give it a try for a month and see⦠that was 18 months ago now! I felt totally at ease from my first classes, where everyone was so kind and helpful and didnāt judge me for not having a clue what to do and constantly forgetting and asking āI forgot what to do againā¦!ā š«£ the instructors are all just brilliant and it feels like I am having a PT session in classes as theyāre so dedicated to each person and their job. My strength and fitness has improved and so has my confidence. Iām now expecting my second child and although initially a bit nervous to continue with weights classes, the whole team has been so supportive, making sure they offer safe alternative exercises and always checking in on me. Iāve felt in very safe hands and will miss you all when I canāt come for a while. Luckily there are social events to catch up with you all, so I wonāt miss out totally! Thanks to you all for all that you do - your dedication doesnāt go unnoticed š
