Wainscott: Tuesdays and Fridays
Dartford: Monday AM, Wednesday PM, and Sat AM
Orpington: Thursdays
Gravesend: Saturday PM

❄️🥶 This months Health & Happiness email is all about FROZEN SHOULDER! 🥶❄️

We’ll be looking at ways to help manage symptoms (with video demos), and honestly a lot of these exercises are useful for many shoulder issues 💪

One of the exercises I recorded needed a cane or stick… so naturally I got creative and this explains why I grabbed a spirit level instead 🙈🤣

Why am I holding a spirit level in clinic?! (And how did I somehow manage the sassy girl emoji mid-action? 💁🏽‍♀️😂) All will be revealed next Friday… 🤓✨
On a side note, I’ll only be in clinic Monday and Tuesday next week, as I’ll be attending a training course in London from Wed 21st – Sat 24th Jan!
I’ll be learning all about visceral manipulation - a fascinating approach focused on improving function of the organs in the abdomen. I honestly can’t wait! 😍

The other day a lady told me she felt two inches taller after her treatment. On reflection, it’s not just what she said, it's how they react.

The look of surprise when a movement no longer hurts.

The smile, the relief, the way their shoulders drop when they can finally relax.

Standing a little taller, moving more freely, looking more confident.

So much is said without words - the body tells its own story. Those moments are what make my work truly rewarding ❤️

As the festive season approaches, I’ll soon be wrapping things up to take a short Christmas break 🙏

If you’re hoping to book an appointment before Christmas, please note that my last working day of 2025 will be Tuesday 23rd December. Appointments tend to fill quickly, so I’d recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

To allow time to properly rest and recharge, I’ll be taking a break from phone calls, texts, and emails from 24th December to 1st January. During this time, you can still book or amend appointments online, and you’ll also find answers to common FAQs and helpful self-care guides on the website.

December is such a busy time — shopping, socialising, planning… there’s sooo much to organise!
