After a fractured thumb. then a break, silly knocks, and chronic UCL injury Bobbie has had 9 months of casts,splints and hand therapy, we are on month 2 with your support and Bobbie got to do what she does best yesterday play rugby league ! Your support and special splint as let this happen! Nothing better than seeing your 12 year old daughter carry on playing the game she loves ! Prop forward , making those yards and scoring those tries THANK YOU from me & Bobbie

Meet the team - part 2

Mark is an former professional rugby league player, who now dedicates his time to supporting others achieve their fitness and sporting goals.

He achieved a first class (Hons) degree in sports, fitness & coaching and holds a number of coaching qualifications across multiple sports, including rugby league & union. He is a CIMSPA qualified level 3 personal trainer.

Mark is assistant coach at Batley Bulldogs and is passionate about increasing physical activity amongst young people, adults and people with physical disabilities.

Some of the things Mark can help you with include:

- Strength & Conditioning
- Online programming
- 1:1 personal training
- Group exercise classes
- Sport specific training

Meet the team - part 1

Tom is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist within the NHS, professional sport and private practice. He has worked within Championship rugby league for a number of years with Batley Bulldogs and Championship rugby union with Doncaster Knights.

After graduating with a first class (Hons) in physiotherapy, he has gone on to study at masters level in musculoskeletal trauma.

He has a broad range of experience in managing:

- Upper and lower limb
- Spinal
- Sports injuries
- Acute injuries
- longer term conditions
- Preparation for surgery
- Post surgery rehabilitation
