How fab are these ? I make them myself & they have Amethyst crystals in for calming , evil eyes,wooden beads & the gel used smells blooming lovely !!!

You can take these with you anywhere as they come in a soft silicone container with a lid !! So now no need to worry about leaving them behind !!

Picky pads are good for individuals who experience stress, anxiety, or habits like skin picking, nail biting, or hair pulling, including those with ADHD and Autism. Wowzers !! Well ,I have started my Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master training & I’m blown away by this beautiful energy !!! 🔥🔥🔥

After going to for treatments (I’ve had them all & can confirm they are all amazing, have a look she does lots of healing therapies , including , hypnotherapy , Akashic records ,Eye movement therapy to name a few !)

I qualified in Usui reiki 1/2 & Usui holy fire 3 with Abi ,so when she started teaching the holy fire reiki master ,then of course I wanted , nope , NEEDED to do this !!! I’m so happyyyyyyyyyyy yeah 😁😁😁😇😇😇💕💕💕
