This is a joyful, grounding and gently energising space where movement and connection flow freely. Designed for rolling, crawling and curious little explorers, each session nurtures growing independence while still anchoring parent and baby in closeness and calm.

We explore a nourishing rhythm of:
🌿Hatha inspired Baby Yoga to support strength and mobility
🌿Massage techniques adapted for your baby’s development
🌿Sensory & heuristic play with naturally sourced treasures
🌿Gentle parent stretches, breathwork, parent & baby guided relaxation
🌿Music, rhythm & song woven softly through the class

Each class balances play and calmness, offering the movement babies crave and the stillness parents need

Where soft natural lighting, warmth and slow movements offer deep connection.
In these small group classes, you’ll learn nurturing massage techniques to support your baby’s development, soothe common discomforts and strengthen your bond- all while being gently held as a parent.

We weave together:
🌿Baby Massage techniques for different body areas
🌿Connection & cues of your baby to tune into their needs
🌿Gentle, guided insights into intuitive parenting

Wellness of the Wildflowers is a space for parents & babies.

I initially set up as a Baby Wellness space, offering connection based practices through Baby Massage & Baby Yoga- as I LOVE all things baby development, play, science of bonding between parents and babies. The neuroscience of interacting with our baby and communicating positive touch, building trust, connection and bonds to create healthy, grounded, well “connected” little human beings.

I have recently been guided into Holistic Therapies too.

Formerly known as Wildflowers Baby Wellness is now officially Wellness of the Widlfowers 🌸💫
“where Wildflowers grow”

From nurturing a mama to be, or one who is in their postpartum period, or maybe even a grandmother who needs a little pause too, there’s something for everyone.

My offerings are here to hold you in which ever place you’re at in your journey, that includes TTC & those who need some care, a gentle treatment and recognition after pregnancy loss too…
