Happy Friday ✨️
It's been a few months since I took the leap to focus fully on Reyt Sauna, and I'm still settling into this transition from working in education. It's been an exciting journey so far, with just a few moments of "what am I doing!"😱
Over the past month, there's been plenty of coffee chats, walk & talks, Tileyard meet-ups and presentation. I'm looking forward to seeing where this journey will lead.

There's so much to look forward to, with some really exciting events already in the works for 2026. I can't wait to share more soon....

This coming weekend, Reyt Sauna turns ONE 🎉

I can't quite believe it's been a year since officially opening our door for the first time.

Freezing mornings, storms, renovations, laughter, stillness, full moons, yoga, pilates, soundbaths, rustic spas, breathwork, birthdays and hundreds of you have stepped into the heat and cold with us (Many for the the first time). The list could go on....

Every conversation, every cold plunge, has meant more than you know 💛

We all need different reminders at different times. These are the ones that found me lately.

I often repeat affirmations in the cold. When I plunge and the cold quietens the noise, I breathe and use an affirmation to anchor my mind. The words seem to land deeper, and hit differently in the cold when surrounded by nature ❄️🌿
