It's been hot, hot, hot in Outwood today! 🌞

Below is some helpful information from the NHS sharing how to keep safe and well during periods of high temperatures - particularly if you or someone you know is vulnerable!

If you have any questions or concerns about keeping yourself and others safe during the heat, or if you need any advice on sunburn, dehydration, or other potential sun-related illnesses - please pop in and see us! 🙂

A yellow and amber heat alert has been issued across parts of England today. Remember that vulnerable people are more at risk from higher temperatures.

Keep hydrated, remember your sunscreen, and visit the NHS website for helpful advice.

Please be aware that there is some strike action happening in the local area between Friday 25th July and Wednesday 30th July. If this affects any of your upcoming appointments you will be contacted directly.
