✨ New Blog Post: The Mind–Body Connection in My Fitness Studies
I’ve always believed that healing isn’t just about the mind or the body — it’s about both, working together, communicating constantly, shaping how we feel and how we move through the world. 💛
That’s why I’ve started studying my Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Exercise & Fitness — not to change what I do as a therapist, but to deepen it. To understand the body’s stories as clearly as the mind’s. To honour the whole person.
In my latest blog post, I’m sharing why this journey feels so meaningful, what I’m learning, and how movement, strength, and compassion weave together in the healing process. 🌿✨
