Emotional Attunement – What helps us feel truly seen?

Conflict Repair – How do we find our way back after tension?

Decision-Making Dynamics – How do we make space for both voices?

šŸ›ļø New resource: Sleep & Safety Visualization Journal For the nights that feel tangled. For the dreams that linger. For the mornings that start in fog.
This journal isn’t about fixing sleep. It’s about offering small, steady ways to feel safe again—in your body, in your breath, in your own rhythm.

Whether you’re navigating night terrors, sleep paralysis, vivid dreams, or just the mental noise that builds at bedtime, this space is here to hold you. Gently. Quietly. Without pressure.

I share this from a place of both professionalism and personal experience. I’ve lived with night terrors and sleep paralysis since early childhood. The nightmares may never stop—but they no longer feed into my day the way they once did. I’ve learned how to live with them, how to soften the edges, and how to reclaim rest on my own terms. My own experience is always a work in progress—and that’s okay. Healing doesn’t need to be linear to be real.

✨ You don’t have to fill it out every night. ✨ You don’t have to get it ā€œright.ā€ ✨ You can use it alongside your own journal, or just dip in when you need a soft place to land.

šŸ“„ Download it now via the link in my bio or directly at šŸ‘‰ littlemindsthrive.wordpress.com (If the QR code isn’t working for you, everything is available on the site.)

Let’s make emotional safety tools free, gentle, and accessible—together.

Have you ever wondered where your sense of worth comes from? Not the kind shaped by praise or performance—but the quiet kind that lives inside you.

This free worksheet is a gentle space to explore how you experience self-worth, especially in connection with others. It’s not a test. It’s not a fix. It’s a place to reflect on how you seek affirmation, how you express care, and what you believe you deserve.

šŸ“„ Scan the QR code to download the worksheet as a PDF, print it, or copy it into Word. šŸŖž Share it with someone you trust—or complete it together. šŸ’› You don’t need to finish every section. Just begin.

This is not therapy. It’s a space for reflection. If you’re in therapy, consider sharing it with your therapist. If you’re not, please go gently. You deserve safety, support, and care.

Let’s make emotional support tools free, gentle, and accessible—together.

If you have ideas for future worksheets or ways I can share more effectively, I’d love to hear them. Please keep the comments kind—we’re here to spread healing, not harm.
