🌸 1:1 / Groups / Festivals/Retreats A workout for the mind, body and soul led by a trained chakra dancing teacher to music composed especially for the purpose. A dance of self discovery and healing which allows you to connect to your inner self, your emotions and your body. Chakra dancing is a great way to release and let go of any unexpressed emotions or blocked energy but best of all to have fun whilst doing so! Stimulating the natural flow of energy, or chi, through the chakras, the dance leads to physical and mental well-being. Using an eclectic mix of global influences from tribal dancing to Tai Chi, yoga and slow motion body work it gently guides you through the chakras, leaving the body re-energised and in perfect balance. The class is for everyone, whether you think you can’t dance or have two left feet. There are no steps or routines to follow; there will be some guidance but everyone is free to move as they wish. The 7 main chakras are the energy centres in our body which energy flows though. The word
translated literally means ‘Wheel of spinning Energy’. Each chakra is associated with a certain part of the body, a certain organ and specific emotions and behaviour. Sometimes the chakras become blocked/stop spinning due to stress and emotional or physical problems. If the energy cannot flow freely it can lead to illness or feeling out of balance emotionally, mentally and physically. What better way to do this than through dance :)

What do I need to bring? Please bring water and comfortable clothing. You are welcome to dance barefoot or with soft footwear suitable for exercise. I look forward to dancing with you :) x

Step into three hours of playful, heart-centered learning where you’ll discover a step by step couples massage routine designed to help you relax, connect, and communicate through touch.

Cosy up together on your own little nest of mats and blankets, sip heart opening cacao and soothing Blue Lotus, and enjoy the practice of giving and receiving nurturing touch. The space includes a beautiful log fire for added warmth and relaxation. You’ll also learn simple, gentle ways to communicate your needs perfect for deepening connection in your relationship.

We’ll close with time to snuggle together in a soothing sound bath, leaving you floating out in a bubble of love, warmth, and connection.

No experience needed. Come as you are, bring curiosity and an open heart.
