We are honoured to celebrate a milestone for our community and heritage work! Yesterday, the BREAD for Life Team witnessed elders Mr. Kenneth Hall and Mrs. Birdie Fearon hand over their moving oral histories of migration and settlement in Walsall to the Library & Archives. Their stories now help preserve the Windrush legacy - a source of pride and inspiration for all generations.

The Windrush journey stands as a beacon in our ongoing quest for positive societal change. Through listening to their stories, you can learn about the value and importance of the church. Mr. Hall and Mrs. Fearon are always open to sharing their experiences and would be delighted to join your project or event. Interested in involving them? Message us - let’s keep our history alive together.

Now that winter is here we have to make extra effort to stay fit and healthy. Last week saw the start of our winter bike club activities. We made new friends and riders at Palfrey Park. We will be at Palfrey Park, Walsall tomorrow from 10:00am until 11:30am. Come out and ride with us!
