Living with these two chronic and unpredictable conditions can be devastating, yet people often don’t take them as seriously as they should.

Today, we're shining a light on some of the experiences I (and others) have faced living with IBD.

More than 10 million people worldwide endure lifelong flares and no cure, yet many struggle alone without the support they deserve.

🎄 Our Naughty Elf Has Taken CPR Training Into His Own Hands! 🤣

It seems our festive little visitor has decided to get ahead on his skill development this week…
We caught him mid-shift attempting CPR on our training manikins — tiny arms, big enthusiasm!

While we absolutely admire the commitment, we’re not entirely sure his technique will pass the assessor’s checklist.
(We’ll give him points for effort…and for climbing onto every manikin he could find!)

Don’t worry — the real professionals were close by to step in.
But with the Naughty Elf around, nothing is ever quiet for long!
