A few evening workshops on offer to the end of the year here at my Reiki and Meditation space in Ware Herts:

Introduction to Crystals Workshop (tonight) 12th November 7:30pm to 9:30pm £40, manual and crystals included.

We explore the science/studies behind the magic of crystals, choosing the perfect crystals for you, cleansing, programming, pendulum dowsing, chakra healing with crystals and a crystal meditation, lots of fun practical crystal exercises.

Drum circle with myself and the incredible Grant Wilson 25th November 7:30pm to 9:30pm £20

No drumming experience needed, you can bring a drum or borrow one of ours. As always we will be tuning in to the seasonal and planetary energies with; drum journeys, drum healing, mantra and group drumming with the gigantic pow wow drum. Be prepared to fly happily off into space!

Meditation evening 2nd December 7:30pm to 9pm £15

Beginners welcome, lots of tools and tips to help you gain the most from your practice. Exploring varied and accessible forms of Meditation
An opportunity to connect to your inner world, to enhance your well-being and be guided in a space of nourishment and presence.

Creating Crystal Grids workshop (I am mega excited about this particular grids workshop) 10th December 7:30pm to 9:30pm £40.

With each Crystal grid we will connect to the universal laws of attraction, to our heartfelt wishes, dreams and goals
We will be focusing on that we wish to draw into our lives in 2026 – which will be a numerology 1 year; representing new beginnings, inspiration, and initiative. Manual and crystals included

Thank you, stunning Santorini! You were amazing.

Such a wonderful and uplifting Retreat. Shared with the most beautiful, kind, warm and friendly guests.

Thank you for showing up with your wide open, undefended hearts; and for sharing so much love.

Thank you for holding each other’s hands, and for holding each other’s hearts.

The magic of the island most definitely flowed up through the soles of our feet

The mountains held us safely, reminding us of our unwavering inner strength

The sun beamed down to empower us (the thunder storm cleared our path ahead)!

And the waves reminded us that it is ok to be, to breathe

We have returned home carrying the essence of the lunar island deep within our hearts, to weave this light back into our daily lives.

Even after the months and months of preparation and meticulous planning you can still never quite tell how it will all fall into place.

So many huge heart opening moments that I simply can't put into words.

Our 5* resort was gorgeous, the dining delicious and plentiful.

Thank you to Sam for being you! For putting up with all of my flapping/stressing. And always reminding me of the joy and laughter throughout.

A beautiful, memorable and blissful getaway for sure.

We will be returning to Santorini the same week in 2027.

Now for a little retreat rest (I think I could actually sleep for a week)
Our next retreat will be in Sardinia May 14th for a 5 night stay (just a few rooms remaining)

And Glastonbury Town Sept 10th for a 3 night stay (which is very nearly fully booked).

Our magical sunset excursion in stunning Santorini.

Exploring 2 of the traditional villages including the ancient underground cave houses dug out of the soft volcanic rock (yposkafa) and then off we went to the highest point of the island (1km above sea level) to watch the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen 🌞

I think this was my favourite afternoon on the retreat 🌟

Full Super Moon in Aries - 6/7 October

What’s on over the next few months here at my Reiki and Meditation Space in Ware Herts.

After previously hiring many different places for group events for over 10 years, I have now had a permanent lease here in this beautiful building for nearly 4 years - and am just about to sign a contract for another 3 years eeeek.

So a huge heartfelt thank you if you have walked through these doors for any of the events, workshops, courses etc. It was a big commitment to take on this place and I quite obviously couldn’t have remained here without you (a high five from the swans and the ducks too)!

Here is what is in store for the rest of 2025:

As you’ll know if you have attended any of the past events over the last 15 years - all of the courses and workshops are shared heaps of love and heartfelt enthusiasm.

I am now fully booked for 1:1 Reiki, Crystal Healing, Meditation sessions until the end of November.

Due to teaching courses and seeing 1:1 clients for up to 60 hours each week for the past 4 years there will be a few changes to 2026. Pricing will remain the same (no price increases at all), but instead of 2 x each group workshop and 2 x each different certificate course there will now be 1 x per course per year. This will free up time to write new offerings which I have been planning to create for yonks.

Private 1:1 training days are available should you not be able to make the group course dates next year.

All 2026 events will be added to the booking site over the next few weeks.

I have a few spaces left for our Sardinia Retreat May 14th for a 5 night stay.

And the Glastonbury Town Retreat details will be released really soon. 10th September 2026 for a 3 night stay.

Partial Solar Eclipse at 29 degrees in Virgo

Also known as the degree of growth

Aligned (as these planetary events always are) with the universal 9 year

Bringing closure and completion of a 9 year cycle which began for all of us in 2017

Think back to where you were, and what you were doing at that time

The journey you have travelled, the gifts you have embodied, and the challenges you have overcome

How much you have learnt, and how much you have grown

This is eclipse is seen as a portal into the new

It is asking you to tie up loose ends, to reevaluate – especially if you need to slightly change the trajectory as you move towards your future plans/goals

When aligned with the highest path for you to take you will feel into a sense of spaciousness, freedom and expanse. What truly lights up your soul, that which your whole body moves towards (before the mind steps in and gives you a hundred reasons why it won’t work out)!

Eclipses are known to shake things up, to put us on the right track

They clear away the sludge/debris, the old ways of being that no longer serve our highest path. These outgrown energies cannot simply be switched off and/or deleted. They often need to rise to the surface, to be acknowledged so that the healing can occur

As we move out of this Eclipse season we journey into the Equinox - inviting balance between our inner and outer worlds. Equinox meaning equal night

A time to look forward instead of gazing into the rear view mirror, as we are no longer heading in that direction

A Virgo Eclipse focuses on making healthy choices, wellbeing, nature, animals, spiritual connections and sharing your healing gifts with others

With the Pisces lunar eclipse a few weeks ago combined with the Virgo solar eclipse today, the cosmic skies are asking you to anchor your dreams into your earthly reality

Collectively we are rising up – it is time to take your position, to be one of the light workers that this world surely needs

The world is waking up to new ways of being

So take that quantum leap of faith

Think big, dream bigger

Anything is possible when each step you make is created with love.

This little event is now in its 12th year and is without a doubt one of my total favourites to share.

There have been many times on the days before, during and after this workshop that those attending can feel the Angels close by, they offer signs and blessings as a way of guidance, support, wisdom and love.

We will be connecting to the Angelic Realms through; Intention, Meditation, Guided Visualizations and Music.

Learning about the incredible Archangels and how they can help us in different areas of our life.

Connecting and feeling into the loving presence of your own Guardian Angel.

How to recognize little signs from your Angels - be it through clouds, feathers, repetitive number sequences, music, lights, orbs and more.

How to ask for help/guidance from the Angels through the power of gratitude and prayer.

(This workshop is suitable for complete 'Angel beginners', or indeed to help deepen your connection to the Angelic Realms).

Since I was a child I have been connecting/communicating with a beautiful supportive energy (which thanks to my Nan’s spiritual guidance I recognised to be my Guardian Angel). This loving and uplifting presence has given me many insights, premonitions (good ones, that used to freak my Dad out :) and protection and comfort when I needed it (we are never alone).

When the angels appear (often during a Reiki Healing) the vibration in the room lifts, there is a feeling of infinite joy and unconditional love.

Autumn ‘Let the leaves Fall’

As we move into the Autumn months we are invited to turn our awareness inwards. Our theme for this universal 9 year is to rest and restore, to nourish and replenish. In a safe loving and nurturing container (our very own hearts)

As we watch the seasons change without a struggle

As nature moves through each cycle with ease and flow

We are reminded of the gift of impermanence – that change is inevitable

We are intrinsically woven into the very fabric of the earth

And just like the weather and the weather systems of our minds

We are invited not to grip or resist, not to force or push - but instead to let go, to open, surrender and soften

An invitation to reassess - Where in my life requires more balance?

How can I create time to be more in the being and less in the doing?

What brings me the most peace?

Reap in the bounty of your harvest, of what you have worked on over the last 9 months. The seeds of intention you planted at the beginning of the year, how did they grow, how did you nurture and care for these dreams?

An invitation to acknowledge how far you have come, how much you have grown, what you have learnt and what you have achieved

Whereas the Summer months represent our external world, the things that empower us, that light up our hearts, a sense of adventure, of exciting possibilities

Autumn invites us to pay attention to our inner world, to take time just to be, to focus on the areas of our lives that need the most care and attention

An opportunity for inner reflection, a journey inwards, a chance to slow down

As the trees begin to shed their leaves as part of their cycle of renewal - a universal principle, in order for them to grow

They delve their roots deep into the earth, unwavering in their strong foundation, so that their branches can continue to reach towards the skies

Nature asks us to honour the turning of the wheel, to acknowledge the endings and appreciate the beginnings, with a sense of openness, willingness and grace

What will you be letting go of that you no longer need? What no longer serves your highest good or your greatest purpose? What behaviour patterns, or self-imposed limitations do you wish to release?

Interwoven with the Earth and all of life; when we choose to move in harmony with the seasons, when we follow the cycles of nature, we create a loving space for rebirth, renewal and new seeds to be planted.
