A wonderful Reiki level 2 course, sharing the teachings with such beautiful, kind and compassionate souls.

The weather was bright and sunny so we held the practical Reiki treatments next to the river by the willow trees. Reiki with bird song – just perfect.

Leaving the course with our collective intentions to shine a little light of healing out into the world around us.

Glastonbury Wellbeing Retreat 2026

September 10th for a 3 night stay.

We have full use of this fantastic venue which includes; 11 beautiful cottages, one huge farm house and 3 glamping pods (our 4th retreat here at Middlewick).

I have just a few rooms remaining - (1 x 3 bedroom cottage still available, and 1 x twin room in the huge farmhouse).

Here is what we have in store :

The truly delightful Chalice Well and gardens experience.

Our very own private visit to the tranquil candle lit White Spring where we will have the whole space to ourselves for an hour. There is the opportunity to bathe in the healing waters of the Spring, or simply to sit peacefully by the shrines.

Our brilliant 'Tor' guide will be giving us a 'tour of the Tor' :) He will also teach us about the powerful lay lines and the incredible history of the two ancient oak trees Gog and Magog.

A private visit to a wonderful hidden gem in Glastonbury Town which is rich in the Mary Magdalene frequency.

A Psychic Development workshop with Tanya, and a Sound Bath with Sian and Jon.

Meditations, a fire ceremony, earth offering ritual, plus drum journeys and most importantly an opportunity for you to connect deeply to the energy of this magical land. (we always carry home a little piece of Glastonbury in our hearts)

It will be a truly uplifting and joy filled adventure to what is widely known as the Heart Chakra of the Earth.

Doesn’t nature always offer us the best medicine?

What a beautiful time of year this is.

Bluebells represent:

Everlasting love
Magic and folklore
Quiet resilience
Renewal
Humility
Healing
And Gratitude (it is nigh-on impossible not to feel grateful when surrounded by the vibrant colours and delicate scent).

My happy place for sure. Not one other human in these woods this morning, which was unusual; however this did prevent me from looking a bit weird whilst wrapping arms around a couple of trees and sitting on a fallen branch for a short meditation.

Spring Equinox 2026 at last - bring it on!!

The word “Equinox” means equal-night. It occurs when the sun passes over the celestial equator, and night and day are approximately the same length. It is a virtual balance between the heavens and the earth.

Simply a magical time - you can feel it in the air. The buds are appearing on the branches of the trees, the bird song returning, longer warmer days, and daffodils are out in full force.

A brand new surge of life which is filled with limitless potential.

The Spring Equinox is a celebration where we can naturally draw more light into our days and into our lives.

This is a wonderful opportunity to plant your seeds of intention - your hearts deepest desires, your visions, your dreams, your wishes and your goals.

An invitation to focus on that which you wish to draw into your life. What it is that feels in perfect alignment to your souls calling/truest expression - and to nurture these seeds with an abundance of love, tend to them gently, and watch as they blossom and grow into fruition.

Possibly even more energetically significant as we are in a Universal 1 year, and the year of the Fire Horse.

All the way back in 2016 I shared a guided ‘beach visualisation’ with my lovely meditation group (when we used to hold the classes in my living room, which now seems like a lifetime ago).

One lady in our circle said ‘why can’t we actually do this for real?’. And from thereon the Well-Being Retreats were birthed. Little did I realise back then the hundreds of hours of planning and preparation involved, plus the legalities required.

In 2017 I held my first ever retreat in Portugal with the most amazing and beautiful souls.

So a huge thank you if you have put your trust in any of our last 15 retreats (and to some of you for attending nearly all of them😊).

It is always the kind, caring, compassionate and heart centred guests that make these experiences so special.

I rarely take any photos as we are always too immersed in the retreat vibe to think about the outside world. Plus I am rubbish at photography. However there is the option of joining one group photograph at the end of each retreat to capture our collective experience. Here are the last 15 :)

This year we are off to Sardinia in May, and Glastonbury Town in September.

Our next Santorini Retreat is confirmed for October 2027. The May 2027 Retreat destination tbc – Portugal, Ibiza or Sardinia again (as it is sooo magical there)

Extract from Jeff Foster - The Way of Rest - Finding the courage to hold everything in love.

‘And sometimes you are walking down a familiar path on a spring morning, and there are questions raging, questions that seem to demand immediate answers.

What to do with this precious gift of life?
Where to go?
What to say next?
Which choice to make or not make?
Which voice to listen to?
How to make everything ok?
How to hold it all together?

And suddenly the questions cannot hold; they shatter into a million silences because a tiny bird has perched itself on the path in front of you, perched in the Here and Now, not in the There and Then in which you are seeking answers.

Your eyes meet hers, and you know that everything is okay with the universe.
Questions will get answered or not answered, solutions will appear or not appear - all at the perfect time, because you will make yourself available to them, as you are now available to this tiny and unexpected bird.

Perhaps today is not a day for answers and unshakable certainties; Perhaps it is a day for birdsong'.
