You walk in, look around, and realise you’re on your own.

Here’s a 10 minute FULL BODY mobility routine you can do every morning

Bench Supported shoulder Flexion 2 x 20s
Pigeon Stretch 2 x 20s Each Side
Deep Squat hold with rotation 2 x 20s Each Side
Cat + Cow x 8/8
90/90 with external rotation focus 2 x5/5
Shoulder Ys x10

Movement first thing is medicine for the body

I used to feel like my body was broken, as if I was along way past my best.

After 14 years of boxing my body was beaten and broke.

Mobility was gone, and every time I started to train again I would pick up an injury.

I thought;

I was never going to feel atheltic again

Maybe I was just too far gone

What was the point in starting if my body was just going to break down

Once I enrolled at and learnt the importance of mobility training, that’s when everything changed.

So before I chased anything, I doubled down on my mobility training while progressively strength training.

Mobility was the missing piece

I’ve learnt that training isn’t about smashing yourself every session or chasing a quick fix

It’s about moving well FIRST so you can rebuild your strength without the risk of breaking down
