BBC has announced the closure of ADHD services across the UK including Cheshire, meaning thousands of people are left without support or diagnosis to help with their ongoing lives.

We are happy to announce that we are OPEN and offering all ADHD services from diagnosis to after support and a variety of treatments to enable ease into your daily journey with ADHD and Autism 💭

⏰: 7:30pm - 8:30pm

What to bring:
→ Blanket
→ Cushion for comfort
→ Wear loose, comfy clothing
→ Water

What to expect:
→ Gentle guided relaxation
→ Immersion in healing sounds
→ A unique inner journey of peace and clarity

→ Not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy
