So many of us grew up learning how to be what others needed us to be quiet, strong, agreeable, productive.
Somewhere along the way, the version of us that was curious, playful, and unfiltered got pushed to the side.
This quote is an invitation to pause and look inward:
👉🏻Who were you before the world taught you to shrink or stretch to fit?
Your inner child still holds those early truths what lit you up, what felt safe, what felt unfair, what you longed for.
Reconnecting with that part of you isn’t about going backwards; it’s about remembering the pieces of yourself that were never meant to be abandoned.
Today, try asking: What did my younger self need that I can offer now?
A hug ? words of encouragement? A place to play? The opportunity to fail? Acceptance?
