After years of working in the fast-paced world of finance, I hit burnout—physically and emotionally exhausted, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself. That experience led me on a journey of healing, learning, and growth, which eventually brought me to the work I do now. Today, I help teens, young adults, and professionals overcome stress, anxiety, low confidence, and unhelpful habits using a mix of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, and Mindset Coaching. My approach is calm, practical, and down-to-earth—because I know first-hand how life can knock you off balance, and how powerful it is to find your way back. Weekend Reset: Ways to De-Stress
The week can feel full-on sometimes — so the weekend’s a good time to slow down and reset.
Here are a few gentle ways to unwind before Monday:

🎧 Put on music that makes you feel calm
🚶 Head outside for some fresh air
📖 Journal, draw, or do something creative
💬 Spend time with someone you trust
🛋 Rest — it really does count

You don’t need to do it all. Just one small thing to look after yourself makes a difference.
Take the weekend to recharge and start the week feeling a little lighter. 💛

Try Calm Like a Turtle 🐢💛

When you hear a big bang or loud noise:
🐢 Tuck your knees in like a turtle going into its shell
🌬️ Breathe in + think of the colour blue (cool, calm)
🌬️ Breathe out + think of the colour red (release, soften)

Stay tucked as long as you need — safe in your shell.
Then when you're ready, lift your head and say:

✨ I am calm
✨ I am safe

This can be used for yourself or with your little one 🫶

We all experience anxious thoughts or moments of worry, but they don’t erase the amazing parts of you — your kindness, creativity, humour, and strength. 💛

📅 Thursday 30th October | 7:00–8:30pm (in-person)

Join us for our Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) Workshop — a relaxed, supportive evening all about understanding and managing the low moods that can come with darker days. 🌙

We’ll explore simple, effective ways to boost energy, improve mood, and bring more light into your winter routine.

✨ The first hour (7–8pm) is an open drop-in — come and chat, ask questions, and see what Warrington’s Mind Coach is all about.
🕗 The workshop starts at 8pm.

And since it’s half term — if you’d like to pop in during the day with your child, I’ll be available for a few relaxed daytime chats too ☕
