All of these things contribute to blocking our energy.
But they often stem from our beliefs, how we have been programmed to perceive the world around us.
Can determine how we hold ourselves/our posture, the types of relationships we have / people we are attracted to (trauma bonds), how we take care of ourselves.
Stagnant energy can keep us stuck, struggling, we may feel alone, overwhelmed, angry, anxious, or depressed. Experience fatigue, apathy, shame, have thoughts like ‘why is this happening to me’, or ‘I feel helpless’.
So how do I help clients to shift their limiting beliefs, how they currently feel about themselves, to how they want to feel about themselves?
As an integrated healing practitioner, I use different modalities from EMDR to RCT (regression, inner child, future progression, breath work, guided relaxation, somatic healing, energy psychology) to help you find / shift the root cause of your beliefs / current issues.
Guiding you to do the healing work, to help meet the needs of the hurt (often ignored) part of yourself, while feeling safe in the here & now.
Helping to reduce the level of distress, and the associated somatic / physical sensations…which desensitises the belief.
Then we install a positive belief, how you want to feel about yourself.
