When motivation drops, activity levels fall, appetite reduces and muscle strength declines. Over time, this can lead to a loss of independence, low mood, and an even greater withdrawal from the world around them.

It was great seeing everyone today in workshop 8 The Power of a Positive Mindset & Meaningful Occupation.

✨ From struggle to strength—Dad’s journey at 72 Multiple cancer surgeries left him barely able to stand… but we started with 3 squats a day to a chair. Then 5. Then 10. The lunges weren’t pretty at first. But they happened. Again and again. Now, he’s stronger. Daily tasks feel easier. Stability is returning. And we’re not done yet—the goal: rising from the floor with a lunge, unassisted. 💪 One step at a time. One squat at a time. This is Frailty Fighters.
