At the weekend, my level 5 reflexology students were treated to a day with Allison Walker Contemporary Reflexology College learning all about the meridians. Allison shared her wealth of knowledge, experience and skills with my group, who are all now inspired to integrate this into their treatments as they continue on their learning journeys to becoming amazing reflexologists. October - the month of menopause awareness.

Reflexology is a holistic complementary therapy that supports many aspects of women’s health,
including some of the symptoms of menopause. By encouraging the body to rebalance with a particular focus on hormonal balance, allowing the mind and body to ‘rest & digest’, clients often say they feel: ‘calmer’, ‘lighter’, ‘have better clarity’.

Another fantastic weekend teaching the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, with thanks to my students for embracing their new learning as always.

This weekend was all about developing practical techniques and skills alongside the theory relating to the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory and circulatory systems.
